Looking for inspiration

By now, you all know that October is my favorite month. Yes, I know technically December should be my favorite month since my birthday and Christmas both fall in that 5-week period but October overpowers them. Sadly, during the past four years in college, October was my most hated month due to midterms, papers, projects, etc. But haha suckers! I’m done with that…

Sorry, didn’t mean to rub it in to you college students but I couldn’t help it. Anyways, since this blog will be somewhat silent during my beloved October since I’m working my tail off at two jobs, I wanted to share with you some of my favorite recipes featured here. Also, I decided to share some link-love with the recipes I can’t wait to get my hands on. Hope you all are having a splendid October so far!

Kylie of Thin Crust, Deep Dish - Hope you’re not too overwhelmed with the two jobs. I know that can be a lot. I tried the corn pudding in squash last week, and it was so good. I highly recommend making it before the end of fall.

Sally - I also made Heidi’s roasted corn pudding in acorn squash during the crazy storm we had this past Wednesday. It really hit the spot, and I even had a little leftover from the corn pudding I ate for dinner the next day. It really was delicious and the smell of it cooking was to die for! Thanks for the other recipe ideas.
