My name is Amanda and I’m the voice behind this blog. As a broke, bored college girl, blogging seemed like a fun way to pass the time and I couldn’t help but gush about the important things in life. You know, like fashion, clothes, celebrities, travel and food… Yup, the stuff dreams are made of.

The mission:

I like to keep track of things I’m interested in, and a blog is a good way to do it. Making fun of celebrities and their stupidity is especially fun to blog about so expect to see some things about that. I also like to shop, travel, bake, and going out with my friends. All those forrays will be probably be discussed, unless I’m sworn to secrecy.

The title, “Slow Like Honey” comes from the best song ever from Fiona Apple. She knows how to make music like no one else. Her music is literally on all the time. In the car, in the iPod, in the kitchen, etc…
